Pass It Down makes it simple to organize your stories for your visitors by allowing you to place a story in collections and sub-collections.
Step 1: Click on the story you wish to add to a collection and sub-collection. You may click anywhere on that story, including over the "Edit" button in the lower right-hand corner.
Step 2: Once in the story edit screen, scroll down to the section called "Choose a Collection from___". The collections you have already created within your exhibit will appear here. Select the collection you want your story to appear in.
Step 3: Once a collection is chosen, any sub-collections you created within your exhibit will now appear underneath. Select your preferred sub-collection.
Step 4: Click the green "Save" button to save both your chosen collection and sub-collection.
A confirmation box will appear confirming your chosen collection and sub-collection.
Step 5: Click the "Save Story" button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. This will save your story to the collection and sub-collection you wish it to be a part of.
Your story has been added to a collection and a sub-collection!
