A great way to organize and make your assets easy to access is to utilize asset tags (A) and titles (B). If an asset or group of assets has been given a title or tag, when you search that tag/title, all assets given that tag or title will appear.
Step 1A: To add a tag to an asset, click on the desired asset in the asset page. In the pop-up window that appears, click into the field titled "asset tags" and type in your tag.
Step 2A: Click the "Finish & Save" button to save your tag.
Now when you type in that tag into the search bar and click the "enter" or "return" key, all stories given that tag will appear.

Step 1B: To add an asset title, follow the same process, just typing your title into the "Asset Title" field instead of the "Asset tags" field.
